Very interesting statistics about 2018. Good information
about our St Louis Market.
Solid economy. Lowest unemployment rate since 2000. There is a record low supply of homes for sale. The average is 53 days on the market to sell. Due to low inventory and large buyer demand, sale prices increased 5% this year.

I will soon be getting a nice 1.5 Story home on Alexander St in St Louis City. 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths - and a Detached 1 Car Garage. I sold the home to this seller back in 2009. He's now living out of state. I like when past clients call me back. I want to be your Realtor for life as well!
By the end of February 2019, I will have a new listing on 5 acres in Wentzville, MO. About $310,000. It has 1,514 square feet and is only 17 years old. There is a Horse Barn. Very peaceful scenic location.
